Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals remain intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
